The Joint Applicants will comply with the Department of Transportation's standard 30-day notice condition applicable to future codesharing points. The Joint Applicants intend to implement their codesharing arrangement as soon as possible and therefore request that the Department act expeditiously on this application.</p> <p>Air France has agreed with Alaska and Horizon to offer the codesharing services that are the subject of this application. Air France plans to extend its single&#x2011;carrier service to points in the United States and beyond by placing its "AF*" code on certain Alaska and Horizon flights that connect with Air France flights arriving in and departing from Seattle and other U.S. gateways. Exhibit A contains a list of the initial city&#x2011;pairs on which the Joint Applicants will codeshare.
